Can you give me more time to update my Transactions Detail sheet before you lock it and start making changes?
Every time a new month starts, our team will start updating your books for the previous month. Part of this process is to lock your Transaction Detail sheet so you can't make changes while we are updating and implementing previous changes. What this means is that you might not have had time to provide us with all of the changes you want made. In order to prevent or account for this, it should be helpful to know that once we send you your reports for the month, you have at least until the end of that month to make all the changes you want, as we won't be doing anything until the next month.
