Why doesn't my transaction count listed on my sales receipt match the total number of transactions for that month in my Transaction Detail sheet?

You can't always compare your Transaction Detail with the number of transactions listed on your sales receipt. If, for example, you were billed for 100 transactions in January, this means that we entered 100 transactions off of all your statements that ended in January. This does not necessarily mean that there were 100 transactions that took place in January. 

These numbers usually differ when you have bank or credit card statements that end mid month. If one of your credit card statements ends mid January, it will likely contain December charges and we will therefore include those December transactions as well on your January bill. Don't worry, this does not result in being double charged for transactions.
