It looks like some of the bookkeeping was done incorrectly.

There are times when our clients think that we did something “wrong”. While this can sometimes be the case, since human error cannot be avoided completely, it's more likely that our clients don’t fully understand how our service work. 

For instance, if you are concerned that we categorized your transactions "incorrectly", we hope you understand that there is no way for us to know exactly what something was for. So we always use our best judgement when categorizing your transactions. But as always, we rely on you, the business owner, to adjust as necessary based on your unique knowledge of your business. We will gladly make any updates that you apply, as well as categorize those vendors in the future as you suggested.
